By accessing or using Autopilot Operations services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Services
Autopilot Operations provides automation software and integrations for restaurants, including:
- Restaurant workflow automation
- POS and Clover integrations
- AI order automation
- Webhook delivery
Our Clover application listens for order notifications and forwards those notifications to customer-configured webhook endpoints. It does not process payments or modify orders.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid Clover accounts, configuring webhook endpoints, protecting API credentials, and ensuring destination systems are operational.
Service Availability
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliable delivery, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Autopilot Operations is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Third-party platform outages
- Clover service interruptions
- Customer webhook failures
- Internet connectivity issues
- Customer configuration errors
Intellectual Property
All software and automation solutions remain the property of Autopilot Operations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
