Introduction
Autopilot Operations provides restaurant automation services and Clover POS integrations. Our Clover application receives order notification events and securely forwards them to webhook endpoints configured by our customers.

We collect only the information needed to operate requested integrations, including:
- Restaurant account identifiers
- Order notification metadata
- Integration configuration
- Webhook endpoint URLs

We use this information to deliver order notifications, operate integrations, maintain system reliability, and troubleshoot issues.
Data Sharing
We do not sell customer information. Information is only shared when required to operate requested integrations, such as forwarding a notification to a customer-configured webhook destination.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure to protect integration information in transit and at rest.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as necessary for operational and legal purposes. We do not process payments, store payment information, modify orders, access customer financial data, or sell personal information.
Third-Party Services
Our services may interact with Clover APIs, secure cloud infrastructure, and webhook destinations configured by the customer. Each third party handles data under its own policies and terms.
Your Rights
Customers may request an update or deletion of stored integration information, subject to operational and legal requirements.
